This Journal Finder helps you locate Open Access journals for publishing articles without paying an article processing charges (APCs), thanks to national license agreements with publishers.

You can search by research area, journal name, publisher or ISSN. Be sure to select your affiliated institution, as not all have agreements with every publisher. Detailed information about the publisher agreement is provided below each listing if an agreement exists.

By checking "journals within national agreements," you’ll see only journals included in the national agreements on waived publishing fees.
